SCRIP PROGRAM
Participating in the school’s scrip program by buying scrip or by registering your store cards is the easiest and least painful way you can support your school. It actually costs you nothing and, yet, every time you shop, the school makes money.
What is scrip?
There are two kinds of scrip: paper scrip and electronic scrip.
Paper Scrip (Vicente Foods) looks like a gift certificate or gift card and can be used instead of cash when you shop. You can buy paper scrip from the scrip committee either through this website or at school on Mondays. The scrip costs you nothing extra; we simply exchange your cash, check, or credit card amount for the equivalent in scrip.The merchant gives the school a percentage (usually around 5%) of each dollar spent.
Electronic Scrip is another way to benefit the school. You simply register your Ralphs Cards either via the scrip committee or online on the escrip website. Thereafter, each time your card is swiped, Ralphs will make contributions to Kenter based on the amount of your purchases.
Where can you buy scrip?
You can buy scrip for Vicente Foods, Whole Foods and stores such as, Starbucks, CVS Drugs, Smart & Final etc. on Tuesdays on the Kindergarten Yard between the hours of 8:00 and 8:30 a.m.
Every first Tuesday of the month, Scrip will also be on sale on the Kindergarten Yard between the hours of 7:50 a.m . - 8:20 a.m. Scrip can be sold to you at any time by simply calling Deborah Suarez @ draftday@juno.com
Order forms and registration information can be downloaded from this site, or you can pick them up at school. Please do not send sensitive information via email.
