Here's the 2012 LAUSD Parent / Student Handbook.
Only these Forms are required to be printed, filled-out, and returned to the school:
- 2012 LAUSD Parent/Student Handbook Forms
- Directory System New Family form.
- Student Emergency Information Forms
- Acceptable Use Policy Agreement for Students (This is required and must be on file before a student can go to Computer Lab or use computers on campus.)
- Kenter Restitution Policy
- Kenter's Code of Conduct and 4-way Pledge

Follow the link to open and read through each of the documments, then acknowlege reciept of the information by using the online form. Please acknowledge receipt of the forms once for each child.
